Q: What is not allowed in the festival venues?
A: The following items will not be permitted: professional photo or video equipment without a press pass, weapons, outside food or alcohol, illegal drugs, lawn chairs.
Q: How do I get my festival wristband?
A: Tickets must be exchanged for a festival wristband for admittance to all festival venues. Tickets may be exchanged at the Comerica Theatre Box Office on 4th Ave & Washington from 10am – 4pm, March 6 through March 10, or starting at noon day of event.
Q: I am having problems buying tickets, where do I go?

Q: Which venues are all ages, and which are 21+?
A: Comerica Theatre, Central Ave at Cityscape, 2nd Ave Stage, Punk Rock Alley, Grace Chapel, Masonic Boiler Room, Monroe Mercado, Orpheum Theatre, School of Rock Stage on Monroe, and Washington Street Stage at Comerica are all ages venues. All other venues are 21+ and require a valid photo ID for entry.
Q: Can I bring my child/children to the festival?
A: Yes, children are allowed at the all ages venues, but this event is not recommended for children under 10. Please note that this is a loud concert atmosphere.
Q: Is there food served at Viva PHX?
A: Yes. Food trucks will be stationed in the Monroe Mercado. Water and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available at most venues.

A: Doors for most venues open at 6:00 p.m. and music begins at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11.

A: Downtown Phoenix has many parking garages and lots available. You can view options here. We also highly suggest using the METRO Light Rail to get downtown.
Q: Where is the Box Office and Will Call?
A: The main Box Office and Will Call lines will be located at the Comerica Theatre Box Office on 4th Avenue and Washington St.
Q: How do I pay for tickets and concessions day of show?
A: You may use cash or credit cards at the festival box office. Concessions will be cash only. ATMs will be available inside the festival grounds.
